NFL Player Accessories Week 3 | More or less

Which Monkey Knife Fight contests should fantasy football target players for week 3 of the Over or under contest?

Chicago Bears at the Cleveland Browns

Baker Mayfield, CLE – 248.5 passing yards
Justin Champs, CHI – 210.5 passing yards

The loss of Jarvis Landry (MCL) is important to Cleveland’s passing game. As they get Odell Beckham Jr. (ACL) back in week 3It is not known if Browns head coach Kevin Stefanski is ready to give him a full load of work on his debut in the season. It’s not like Cleveland needs to throw a ton of balls. This is a team built around rush play and the best punch in the NFL with Nick Chubb and Kareem Hunt.

While Baker Mayfield threw for 321 yards in Cleveland’s season opener against the Chiefs, he only managed 213 yards in Week 2 despite achieving 90% of his passes against the Texans. . Mayfield and the Browns will be fine, but I expect a heavy dose of running against a Bears team that allows just 264 passing yards per game.

Even though Justin Fields looked like a rookie at times last week, he did some good reads replacing Andy Dalton. Now Fields is enjoying an entire week of first-team reps and preparation, which cannot be underestimated.

The Bears have one of the best pass-catching groups in the NFL along with Allen Robinson, Darnell Mooney and TE Cole Kmet. Add to that Fields’ aggressiveness and ability to extend the game, and I think he should easily wipe out his passing tally. Such a performance would put pressure on head coach Matt Nagy, forcing him to choose between rookie and veteran once Dalton returns. Fields plays for his job with a big chip on his shoulder.

I take the less on Mayfield (248.5) and the Following on Fields (210.5) for a price of 3.6x on my buy-in.

Indianapolis Colts vs. Tennessee Titans

Derrick Henri, TEN – 104.5 rushing yards
Jonathan taylor, IND – 65.5 rushing yards

Everyone was panicking after week 1 when King Henry looked more like the court jester, rushing just 58 yards. Then he came back in Week 2, said “hold my cup” and took off for 182 yards and 3 touchdowns, including a 60-yard touchdown in the fourth quarter.

In this Monkey Knife Fight prop, you basically predict whether or not Henry has a breakaway. That’s what it comes down to, because 104.5 yards is a hefty total if Henry is simply averaging 4-5 yards per carry (even at his bulk).

I know fantasy managers are freaking out about Jonathan Taylor, but I’m not sure they should. So far, Taylor has 32 attempts for 107 yards, adding 7 receptions for 62 yards. However, Taylor averages 20 chances per game, owns 68.1% of the Colts’ RB races and leads the league in the red zone with 12.

The volume is there, and Taylor is going to rebound towards the mean. There is no better time to start than Week 3 when Taylor takes on the Titans – one of the best RB clashes in the NFL – while Carson Wentz is a decision to be made during the game.

It’s always risky, but I’m going less on Henri (104.5) and Following for Taylor (65.5) for a price of 3.6x on my buy-in.

NFL Player Accessories Week 3 | Rapid fire

With the potential for bigger prizes by pitting multiple positions against each other, what rapid fire contests might be worth considering in Week 3 on Monkey Knife Fight?

Los Angeles Chargers vs. Kansas City Chiefs

Patrick muhammad, KC vs. Justin herbert, BAC (+10.5 passing yards)
Clyde Edwards-Helaire, KC vs. Austin Ekeler, BAC (+4.5 rushing yards)

Without a doubt, Justin Herbert has been sensational, averaging 337.5 passing yards per game over two weeks. Keenan Allen is one of the best WRs in the NFL, and Mike Williams is finally living up to his No.7 draft pedigree.

However, it is Patrick Mahomes that we are talking about. He’s done, well, Mahomes’ things so far this season, averaging 340 yards per game with 6 touchdowns along the way. In any other week, I’d be all about Herbert – but not this time.

Clyde Edwards-Helaire, meanwhile, was brutal. Despite averaging 14.5 rushes per game, he recorded just 44.5 yards per game with a meager 3.3 ypc despite running behind an improved Chiefs offensive line.

As observers begin to question CEH, no one is questioning Austin Ekeler. Despite starting the season with a crooked hamstring, Ekeler is averaging 55.5 yards per game (4.6 ypc) on 24 rushes. LA’s offensive line looks sensational, especially with leveler Rashawn Slater on the left tackle. Ekeler is the best player in the best game – Kansas City is 29th against RB – and gets the bonus.

In this Rapid Fire Player Accessory on Monkey Knife Fight, I’m taking Mahomes and Ekeler (+4.5) for a 3x price off my buy-in.

Touchdown Dance Competition

If you want to enter a simple contest when you use your Monkey Knife Fight promo code PFN, This one’s for you. If you can identify three players who can combine for 2 or more touchdowns, you have a chance to win some money. You won’t find a much simpler process for NFL player accessory choices in Week 3.

Plus, if all three of your players score a touchdown, you win a share of the $ 5,000 prize pool.

Los Angeles Chargers vs. Kansas City Chiefs

Targeting the best offenses, sometimes it is that easy. This game will likely have the highest point total of Week 3 and is packed with some of the best pass catchers in the NFL. For example, three players in this game all have -105 or better to score a touchdown. It’s absurd!

For chefs, keep it simple and lock in Tyreek Hill and Travis Kelce. There is no real reason to choose someone else. As for the Chargers, things are a bit more intriguing. A case can be made for Ekeler, Allen or Williams. Although Williams found dirt in back-to-back games, I will choose Allen out of the pack. He’s one of only three receivers to have gained at least 100 yards in Weeks 1 and 2, and he’s seen more than 10 targets in 11 of his 13 full games in 2020.

In Touchdown Dance Competitions on Monkey Knife Fight, you can choose your own goal with tiered prizes. For one-game contests, the options are 1.5 TD (2x prize), 2.5 TD (4x prize) and 3.5 TD (6x prize). It all depends on your self-confidence. I usually shoot for the middle, setting my goal at 2.5 TDs for a 4x price on my buy-in.
